Today

Today was the worst day I’ve had in at least a month. Doesn’t matter why. On bad days I spend most of the afternoon at work with my headphones on listening to something like As I Lay Dying as loud as I can stand.

Some loveliness awaited me in my mailbox when I arrived home. Noone and nothing can take this from me.

    Funny thing is that our former housemate was the best friend of Tim (lead singer of AS I LAY DYING). This small world gets increasingly smaller.

    Just bought this record yesterday. A different vibe compared to their previous albums, but excellent none the less.

    Sigur Ros can always make a rough day a bit better. Music can be medicine.

    This record made my day as well.
